Maintenance / PPM (Periodic Preventative Maintenance)
It is important to keep your gates, barriers, bollards and auto doors in good working order to avoid faults and breakdowns. We recommend at least one annual maintenance and service visit to allow us to check the safety of the equipment and to ensure all moving parts are operating efficiently. This should give your system a longer life.
We will send a maintenance reminder to you when it is due. Prices will vary according to the number of assets and frequency of inspections. We will recommend the frequency for service based on the amount of use.

Call-Out
If your gates, barrier, bollards or any part of your gate system develop an issue, please contact us to arrange a call out and we will advise of our current call-out fees.
Customers sometimes ask why they should pay for a call-out sometimes wondering why we don't attend free of charge. A call-out can be defined as a diagnosis. By using diagnosis we are attending site to investigate an issue using the skills, qualifications and experience of our engineers to identify a problem. In order to carry out a repair we need to carry out the initial diagnosis. If we can carry out a temporary repair during the call out, we will quote for repairs – much like sending your car in to the garage.
